Gaskin Designs + Development was founded on Evan Gaskin's passion for designing and building high-end luxury homes in Southern California. In his twenty years of practice, Evan’s earned a reputation as a leader in his industry through award-winning designs and record-breaking sales.
What started as a passion for designing homes has turned into a fully established development company, specializing in residential design and construction with the Contractors State License Board. In Evans's specialty, he has designed, developed, and sold more than $200 million in real estate.

Evan's greatest source of inspiration is a life well lived. He’s traveled across the globe, staying at the sexiest, most sophisticated hotels, dining at the hottest restaurants, and luxuriating at the most innovative hotels the world has to offer.
Through these inspirational travels, Evan has cultivated a unique sense of design that allows him to turn a house into an amazing home.

Located in Sherman Oaks, Gaskin Designs + Development serves the surrounding neighborhoods: Beverly Hills, Studio City, Encino, Pacific Palisades, Arizona, Palm Springs, Malibu, Brentwood & Hollywood Hills.
Process
Making a home is a personal and collaborative process. We seek to partner with clients who have a strong vision for where they want to live. During our initial consultation, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit for each other. This is a time to share ideas—and Pinterest boards.
And if you don’t know exactly what you want? That’s ok too. We’re excited to brainstorm ideas, as long as you’re willing to do the research.
